    Just suffice to say I've been told there's an extra £10 off for inconvenience.
    Suggest you ask for it.

    my oldest son works for a Tesco call centre & told me about the system failure when he got home last night, he looked sick!

    he went off to work 3 hours earier than usual today, guess Mr Tesco must have everyone in doing overtime trying to sort things out :rolleyes:

    I got my call about 1/2 an hour ago, had ordered last thursday, for delivery tomorrow. They left an answer phone message, so called them back, no apology or nothing.
    Said that i had ordered it for thursday delivery as we are going away friday morning, and can they still do it? - reply "no way we can deliver it for then", no sympathy, no apology seeing as its their error.
    This is the 2nd time they have messed up for me, you'd think a big company like Tesco's would be able to put things right, so that customers are happy.
    Seriously, how long does it take to pick and pack an order, asda can do it in 24 hours, why cant Tesco pull their finger out and get this sorted for me?
    And i had used my clubcard voucher on this order too, am i likely to get that added back to my account?

    should be " tis the time of year tesco fork your xmas up ....again ...and make a few million in the process"

    Both orders cancelled, lost 2 x 1500 points codes.

    wine has gone up by more than the 25% on some lines.

    they say they will honour the price i first paid, and give me a £10 refund and give me the 1500 points per order.....Do i beleive them , do i ++++

    Most offers still seem to be on, with some now at greater discounts! Typical Tesco!!

  • Just rang Customer Services 2 of my 4 cases ordered delivered but also one i haven't ordered. The numbers ringing out engaged not even a place in a queue! Lost of happy customers.

    By the way Withabix thanks for the heads up but if I advertised that Customer Services was open until 11.00pm I expect customer serviceat 9.17pm.

    Very true. You DID get customer service though - it's just that you got monkeys and not organ grinders! Like virtually all '24 hour' businesses, you only get coherent service 0800-1700 M-F :D

    Here we go again!

    They've cancelled my better half's order this morning and mine shows as being despatched, however they have charged me for one case only, plus delivery, so they've removed the discount (and one of the cases, no doubt!!)

  • Still having major probs with all of the above and more, paid for my order with clubcard tokens, tokens now non active...help customer services! what a shambles, any ideas where I can take this matter further
  • I had an order cancelled last week but I only discovered it had been cancelled after my delivery slot came and went with no delivery.I rang customer services and the man I spoke to was very helpful he sent me an email with a £10 credit which I've just used tonight on another wine order aswell as a 1000 point code,unfortunately as the OP explained I used my 1500 code last week and now I've lost that but you can't have everything!!My delivery gate is monday so fingers crossed it comes.
    okay so I have received my delivery using my £10 credit plus a 1000 point code BUT my husband accepted the delivery and it is wrong.I ordered a case of paul mason red (17.01)but instead received a case of wolf blass yellow label!!Am I being greedy by thinking if I rang up and tell them there has been a mistake they may also refund?My OH says I should be ashamed of myself for even thinking it but god loves a trier!!LOL what do you think?They may take the yellow label back and give me paul mason which we don't want to happen!
