I had an order cancelled last week but I only discovered it had been cancelled after my delivery slot came and went with no delivery.I rang customer services and the man I spoke to was very helpful he sent me an email with a £10 credit which I've just used tonight on another wine order aswell as a 1000 point code,unfortunately as the OP explained I used my 1500 code last week and now I've lost that but you can't have everything!!My delivery gate is monday so fingers crossed it comes.0

Just to say I had a minor heart attack upon reading this post!!! I order 130quids worth of wine so losing 25% would of annoyed me lots!!
However just checking my order a few mins ago all seems fine each of my 2 orders showing correct items, prices and delivery slot.
So OK for me. Hope this "systems failure" only effects a few MSEers!!

I placed 2 orders , one for each account.
neither show a delivery a delivery slot when i checked them, but they are showing not dispatched
tried to do another order , but some of the wine isnt even in there anymore when i type it in the search.
the wine used to come in to the store many days before it was due out, and get put in the home shopping area.If things havnt changed it may be worth going to your local store and checking.Fortunatly i know many of the drivers and pickers at my local store as i worked for the company 15 years.

Website says the offer finished yesterday, but it's STILL on at the moment....that might change when Mr T's people arrive at work though...British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0

I have two orders made 15 mins apart both for delivery on same day and one is showing the correct delivery slot and the other is blank. Anyone spoken to Tesco this morning and know if they're trying to rectify the situation?0

Just looked on website and my order due for delivery tonight shows no delivery slot.
Called tesco and their system has cancelled a lot of orders including mine. If no delivery slot is indicated on your order then it has been cancelled! I have been told to re-order and all discounts including 25% will be honoured.0
