onlinefx - Terrible Website

I have just spent over 45 minutes trying to order £450 in Euro notes from onlinefx to be delivered on Tuesday 10th May by courier. I chose them because of the security offered by paying by credit card.
I chose to pay by Visa credit card & when I tried to check out the green bar on my computer screen stayed at the halfway point for over 10 minutes. I eventually refreshed the screen & entered my credit card details again. I was asked to sign up for Verified by Visa which I did. The transaction was rejected. I noticed that my choice of card had changed back to 'Mastercard debit' (default setting) so I changed it to 'Visa credit' & tried again. The website again changed my card back to 'Mastercard debit'. This happened four times with the transaction failing each time. The Euros are still showing in the 'basket'.
I then get an automated call from Nationwide fraud department asking me to authorise a transaction from onlinefx. Nationwide obviously have one transaction that has been successfully processed but there is no acknowledgement whatsover fom onlinefx either onscreen or by email.
I don't think that I wiil be using this company again & I would not recommend them at all.

Well, the delivery date has come & gone with no foreign currency delivered. The clowns at onlinefx only work office hours ie. 9.00am - 5.30pm & it got too late to phone them. I emailed them with a complaint so I will have to wait & see what they have to say. Next time I go abroad I will order my foreign currency from a decent company. The thing is, I found onlinefx on Martin's list of companies who offer a good deal. Never again!0
