Online currency ordering disaster. Help!

Hi,
I hope someone can help I have got into a mess. I was trying to order currency, need it by end of day 11th so short notice. I need czk (300£) and eur (£300).
First I went to travel fx site and ordered the czk. However payment is by bank transfer and when I went to do the bank transfer online it showed up as bacs and not FPS so I was too late to do it.
Am I bound to pay them the money even though it will arrive too late? Can I cancel it or what should I do.
Secondly and probably making matters worse I ordered the czk from ICE and paid for that with debit card for next day delivery. I then went to order bu EUR and noticed that payment for that said it was going to be BACS which again is no use. I don't know if the czk one was the same or not!! I then recieved an order confirmation for the ICE EUR order.
If I take cash out of my bank and go along to a barclays ( the ice account is barclays) and pay cash in on monday will that pay it into their account straight away? Will the czk transaction have gone through as bacs? Is there anyway I can check? Can I cancel the EUR one if transferring the cash manually won't work?
The CZK one is showing up in my account as debit card so perhaps it is ok. perhaps I can phone them up on monday and pay by debit over the phone perhaps in smaller amouts?
