ESA query - what do I do????

I have been off work for a while, I am a nursery nurse (in special school on a casual basis which is usually every weeks I'm in for a few hours) and claimed ESA coz my earnings weren't high enough for SSP
I have been diagnosed with spondylosis - my neck vertebrae are crumbly and its trapping a nerve that despite lots of pills causes great pain all down my right arm/hand and Im right handed
The meds are making me dozy and I'm not on the full amount yet of nortriptaline and acupan so excuse any mistakes
If I continue to claim ESA will I be told to look for a different job? ie is this not considered bad enough. I did get a docs note that said ok to try work with no heavy lifting but employer didn't offer work
any suggestions - at almost 50 with a knackered neck I don't think my chances of nursery nursing are very high:(

After 13 weeks on esa you will be subject to the work capability assesment were they will look at what you can do rather than what you cant doI have been off work for a while, I am a nursery nurse (in special school on a casual basis which is usually every weeks I'm in for a few hours) and claimed ESA coz my earnings weren't high enough for SSP
