Help checking Orange bill online please?

 this is really making me mad now, I have never received an invoice in the post detailing my monthly phone contract debit like I did with Vodafone and looking at my bank statements, it looks like I'm being charged a lot more than I would expect, so I thought I would try registering online to check my statement. After about 25 minutes of being on hold with Orange CS the other day, I gave up. I'm trying to do it online but it asks for a "4-digit identity code" and considering the only correspondence I have ever had with Orange was my order confirmation and a phone bill to tell me they accidentally overcharged me for the first month, I don't have one....it says to phone 450 from my handset to find out this code, which is the pay as you CS number, so thats not much use....so I phone 150 the pay monthly CS number, after 8 attempts I still can't find option in their automated service which fits this, nor find any way of actually talking to someone (all be it a foreign call center which no doubt will have no idea what I will be asking)

I guess there are a number of members here with Orange contracts, can anyone explain any way that I can view my bills? I'm happy paying direct debit but I don't like the fact I have no idea what I'm being charged for, my standard bill is £25 a month but it seems I'm being charged over £10 more even though I never exceed my any time minutes or hundreds of texts :(

Thanks

    http://www.orange.co.uk/youraccount/?linkfrom=%3C!--linkfromvariable--%3E&link=header_your_account

Register your account there.....and you will see your bill in a PDF.

    If link doesnt work open
    http://www.orange.co.uk/
and click "your account" on right top

Also to get your pin code call CS and option 1, 2, 5... talk to somebody and tell them you never had a pin and they will sort this out.

You should definitely be getting a monthly invoice but if you register as per the above post you can download your on-line bills.

You should be getting a one/two page invoice.

Detailed bill in available Free online. They charge £1.5 if you request itemised/details bill in post.

Thanks a lot for the help, I will go straight through to CS and find out why I'm not getting anything in the post as I should be.

The problem is at your end or your ISP and has been discussed many times.

When you register to view your account online it asks if you have your mobile with you, then sends a text message to your phone with the identity code. You have to enter this into the site.

I think it needs that code as well as a second pin number which your meant to just know. I did try phoning CS again but this was in the evening and I was on hold for a long time before hanging up, I'm going to try in the morning when I have one free as it should be quieter then and I will get through.

I work for them. Nah it doesn't unless you're PAYG which you're obviously not.
