Naked broadband

Is it possible to get naked broadband (without a BT connection) in the UK?

    well im using my connection naked, its up to you.
    Target Savings by end 2009: 20,000
    current savings: 20,500 (target hit yippee!)
    Debts: 8000 (student loan so doesnt count)

    new target savings by Feb 2010: 30,000

    To answer the OP, not on an ADSL service. You can get a line rental only package from some suppliers and then add broadband (e.g. O2 has an option with no inclusive calls), but you can't avoid paying line rental otherwise.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    Not yet, but it could be available later this year depending on ISP's taking FTTP without analoge lines.
    These are my thoughts and no one else's, so like any public forum advice - check it out before entering into contracts or spending your hard earned cash!

    I don't know everything, however I do try to point people in the right direction but at the end of the day you can only ever help yourself!
