BT making up bills?!
Comments
-
Thank you for your reply David but your own debt collection agency advised me not to contact BT until they get to the bottom of this - BT have sent them two different amounts to chase me for (£35 and £52), and on their request for an itemised bill, BT have just sent a statement again showing nothing. They asked that I step back and let them deal with it rather than having too many people involved in what is clearly a confusing situation. They admit that it's not in their interests to chase me for money when BT can't decide an amount and there's no proof I owe anything anyway. I expect to hear back from them in 2 weeks with their findings and if they are having difficulties I will contact you directly. I thank you for your input anyway.
Also, this has been with the Ombudsman for a while and I expect a reply imminently.
Good luck renehade - going down the official complaint route with BT got me nowhere - they sent me another non-itemised bill, with another different amount on it, and failed to explain what was going on. Happy days.. *cough*...!0 -
Hi #hugsr,
It's up to you, I have no problem checking over the bills to see exactly what's going on. Let us know how you get on with their findings in 2 weeks' time, if this problem persist I'd be happy to look into this further for you.
@ lelindaelizabeth, what kind of problems are you having with BT?
Thanks,
