I mealplan slightly differently, I get my shopping delivered on a Thursday so do Thurs - Weds. This was because I was finding that my shopping would arrive on a Monday and by the time Friday came around we'd eaten the freshest stuff at the start of the week and was going back to the supermarket for a 'few fresh bits' and spending a fortune. I changed our delivery day to a Thursday and now we have the nicest and freshest meals on a weekend when we fancy a treat.

Our Mon - Sun week is looking like this:

Monday 9th - Roast chicken with HM wedges and beans
Tuesday 10th - Roast chicken pasta bake (with leftover chicken).
Wednesday 11th - Homemade burgers with homemade wedges
Thursday 12th - Beef & pork meatballs with a spicy sauce and pasta (will double this recipe and freeze half the meatballs)
Friday 13th - Chilli con carne with rice and garlic bread.
Saturday 14th - Chicken Chassuer with veg of some sort
Sunday 15th - rest of the meatballs but cooked in gravy with veg

We've then got gammon on Monday, gammon & mushroom pasta bake on Tuesday (with the leftovers) and chilli with wedges and tortilla chips on Wednesday. Ready to then start a new week on Thursday :-)
