Miss sold natwest life insurance

Hi, I have been looking through my direct debits today and have a payment to natwest life insurance, I have never asked or wanted it
it has been coming out my account for along time and just thought this was the cost for the account. They did the same thing with my partner.
Has anyone else had this problem and are you able to claim it back?
