    Soda crystals.
    Get 'em from most supermarkets.
Boiling water + crystals = Hey presto, shiny shiny mug.

Bicarbonate of soda, top up with boiling water. Leave to soak. Don't drink!.

    I would buy dave82s Wonder Tea Stain remover™ only £75 per 100mm*

*may contain bleach, because it is bleach

    Hi,

Washing powder, as in Persil, Ariel or whatever brand you use.

Put the spoons in as well.

I always fill the sink with water and a bit of bleach, then pop the mugs and teaspoons in.

Make sure to give 'em a good wash afterwards though!

Simple way - take any abrasive material and rub the mugs inside. For example, in the previous office, I used to put a couple of spoons of sugar, take paper towel and dampen it, and then rub the sugar inside the mug. Colleagues used to be surprised how clean mugs used to come out.

And - if you don't rinse well, you will only have extra sweet tea!

    Hi,

Having fitted numerous stainless steel sinks and reading the instructions, I am aware that bleach is not recommended for stainless steel and should be avoided.
