What's the deal?
Superdrug is offering 5% off First class stamps (just those for letters, it doesn't sell stamps for parcels) until 13 December. While it's often just as quick and cheaper to buy Second Class, if you do use First Class often anyway then stock up while the offer's on.
What they'll cost at Superdrug:
Sign up online to Superdrug's Wish promotion and you'll get 10% off your shopping in the store (plus there's a 15% off Dorothy Perkins coupon if you spend over £20). Fill the form in with your details, answer a few questions about your spending habits, click sign up and you'll be taken to a page with the voucher download links (if you put in your email address you'll also get these in an email) More details
Talking of Christmas Postage..
If you're sending to friends and family in the UK then make sure you know the last posting dates for Christmas.

It is good to get a discount on stamps. I have been using the 200 points (£2) of a £5 spend at WHSmith as you are allowed to buy stamps and even lottery tickets with it this time.
http://www.whsmith.co.uk/whs/vouchers/bonus_voucher_clubcard200.htm
Link to the voucher. I always find I need to click on it twice. Click on it once and it opens the WHSmith home page and then just click on the link again and you get the voucher. I know it sounds silly but it works for me!!:T Benjamin has won!!! Am soooo proud. Thank you to everyone who agreed my baby was the cutiest. Want to go round and hug everyone who voted, it means so much to me!:A0 -
Why are large first class stamps more expensive than standard size? What's the justification? Surely the item won't get to its destination any faster!0

Larger *letters* are more expensive, the PO say they cost more for them to process.0 -
Sorry, I did laugh at your question, Fait Accompli, but I can see why you read it that way. I've just altered Martin's note slightly - I hope that makes it a bit clearerCould you do with a Money Makeover?

I went to my local Superdrug store today after reading about the offer in the Metro this morning. I was greeted by bad news as the store manager had not even heard about the offer! I had to pay full price for my stamps!

Take your receipt back and complain - the correct (ie reduced) price should come up automatically on the till when the item is scanned.0 -
I'd just like to add to Martin's post.....Foxit reader is a free and smaller alternative to Adobe reader. It's only 1.5MB as opposed to Adobe's 20MB and does the same thing. Go to https://www.foxitsoftware.com for the free download.
Only for Windows, Linux and mobile devices though.0 -

You are right Ivan you can only use each voucher 1 time but you can print out as many as you want.
GF used one in Superdrug today has no idea what happened and didn't realise til she got home but got £2.82 off a purchase of £6.91. Bit more than %10:beer:0
