Best online phone retailer?

Hi,

I'm in month 23 of my O2 contract and want to change phone (probably a Samsung Galaxy S) and O2 are not offering a great upgrade deal. I want to pay around £25 p.m for about 300 mins, unlimited texts and 500MB data.

I've been researching my options online and have found plenty of suitable deals - I just don't know which online retailer is the most trustworthy.

I used mobiles.co.uk a couple of years ago and everything was great - but I'm aware of the many negative reviews on here so looking for some recommendations.
