Wanted new combi - 3 bedroom home

im looking to buy a new combi boiler, we live in a 3 bedroom Barrett home down stairs our living room also is dining room too. when built it was 2 rooms but its now a open plan if you like with a radiator under front window and one at the rear, no radiator in the kitchen but one bottome of stairs and one in each bedroom and one in bathroom. Can anyone recommend a combi with a price guide please this is just for combi and not for fitting. i can buy this and wait until summer is over then get an engineer in to plumb it in and flush the radiators etc.

Basically it keeps a small tank on standby. You should disable this when going on holiday.

You will probably end up buying the flue anyway, so you might as get the Boiler Pack.
