My advise would be to call churchill (the idiots- never had insurance with them but have a on going claim with them, could have paid me £1k, but now there at the cleaners), and find out someones ext number, name, depatment.
Call your new insurance and speak to the correct department, and give them the details, they will then call and call you back.0 -

It was a random quip that implied to get a job in insurance go to India. Which is true for many brit insurers who use overseas call centres, Aviva most famously.
The op actually said "I'd love to spend a day working for an insurance company"
She didn't say she wanted a job at churchill. Why would she?
Therefore the quip was relevant and quite funny. Well done vusys1. :rotfl:0 -
The call centres are UK based, but certain back office work has been shipped out, one of which is the issuing of NCD....there are so many ongoing problems at the moment. It wont be long before it comes back, Churchill originally tried this and brought it back the to UK, now RBS are having another go.0

Thanks for all the replies guys (and Incyder for your wit!
). I think it's sorted now, I haven't had any more money taken for extra premium anyway! "A lie gets halfway around the world before the truth has a chance to get its pants on" - Winston Churchill0
