shall I change from AOL...advice please

I have been with AOL now for many years very reluctant to change because i am completely useless sorting out my computer if I have problems and don't ant the challenge of broadband exchange.
However I am paying too much £25 ,so not very money saving
My choices are
downgrade to silver Aol
I'm up for a contract change on my mobile so change to Orange
or have Sky broad band as I already have sky tv
I will be contracted in...for all of them I guess. Any advice re who to have how long it will take to cross over
Should i stick with AOL ???? What a dilema .
