I love the Benetint. It's incredibly similar to something someone gave me years ago which I've never been able to replace or find a substitute for. Until now :)

I bought one sample of each with the magazines and really like Posietint and I am awfully fair and baby pinks tend to flatter me.

However, I am coming across one problem.

Normally, I put on my Max Factor Miracle Touch foundation, followed by loose powder from Clinique and then Bourjois blusher in the little round pot.

Now though trying this I am finding that when I have applied some Posietint on to the cheek and go to blend it in, I end up wiping off the layer of foundatoin and powder underneath which looks a bit odd.

Is it better to try and blend it with the nail polish style blush they give you.

I have heard that some people apply it before foundation and powder but then it wouldn't show up enough.

    Any ideas?

It sounds like you are not allowing your foundation time to 'set' apply the foundation with a brush and really 'work it in'to your skin, give the foundation 10 minutes and then apply the posietint - I hope this works for you it does for me I had the same problem years ago when I used to apply their their 'highbeam' and this solved it. xx

I'd thank the OP twice for this if I could. I know I've already raved earlier, but I can't believe what the High Beam does for my eyes. Just the tiniest bit on the browbone and over dark circles really seems to open them up. As if that weren't enough, the Benetint appears to be beer-proof too. Bonus! :)

To those who are having problems with Posietint wiping off your powder, I must recommend Dandelion, a powder blusher (also by Benefit). It's my favourite blusher EVER, lasts ages and looks ab fab! Not free with Glamour sadly though.

ETA: I have blonde hair, blue eyes and quite fair skin so this suits me; people I know with darker features prefer Hoola etc.

Seconded! I'm also blonde, blue-eyed and paler than mac nc15 :D Dandelion is fantastic, it's my day-to-day blusher. I've been using my box for about a year now and there's so much left.

I quite like the Posietint and only need two teeny dots for it to show up - it blends well for me over mineral foundation (Lily Lolo if there are any other pale people like me who have a hard time finding light enough make-up!)

How kind lilmissworry! I already have two so wouldn't ask for another one :D , hope yours go to a good home xo

I got three more copies this morning, all with Posietint. I really like it, and as I have several Tesco gift cards from DTD, the mags are free! I think that's me finished buying now though. The man stacking the mags this morning said that they have LOADS still out the back and are putting out a dozen each morning.

My local shop had quite a few mags in yesterday. I picked up one with a Posietint on it. I'm dark, but it shows up on me nicely. I suppose it depends on your skintone.

I agree dandelion is worth a try to anyone who liked these benefit products. Its a staple of mine too. I am darker so use it all over after applying my make up. It softens my face and gives a photofinish!

There were only two left in my local co op to day, so I ahem picked up another benetint. I now have 3 which is almost the equivalent of a full sized bottle.

I really wouldn't mind a couple more highbeam, as it is really lovely.
