Yay I just found another number that is used for "supposedly" overseas orders and customers. The girl I spoke to, checked my order and asked me where I saw the cheaper price at. She then checked my order and said something that is was a difference of £5 something. I then said wasn't it like £20 something? I'd actually ordered the Bilingual table instead of Learn and groove - which when I checked on Amazon was the same thing anyway. She came back to me after speaking to her supervisor, and said yes I could have it at £14. 68, and that the voucher would be sent to me too. I'm soooo happy!!! :j

Phoned Mothercare yesterday and ordered 2 of the Rockets. She knew all about them and said there was also something else which was the Leapfrog table (I hadn't heard of it). 10/10 for their customer service that's for sure. Ended up ordering 1 so the 3 items came to £23.08. She automatically said one of the items has a £20 difference so we'll send you a £10 voucher. Absolutely delighted.

The table at Bootss £14.68 and at mothercare £34.99 so the dfference is £20.31 so why have they refused vouchers to a few people?

Ignore me - I see they are saying the price of the item they are matchng needs to be over £20 not the difference!!!

I ordered online yesterday and then phoned up for the price match. Also managed to get the £10 gift card.

just rang and got price match with boots no problem and then asked about rocket (brought one while back price matched at £6 in store but wanted another as baby is starting to get 1st birthday party invites!!) and she said yep £4.20 will price match no issues.

She didnt voluntarily offer the £10 giftcard but when asked at end of call she did say ok we can only send one out as it needs to be a price difference of £20 and she is sending that seperatly to our home address.
