I went into my local Mothercare store today and pick up the table and to my surprise no one knows about this service where customers can order on the phone and have it delivered to store!!! More to my surprise, and frustration, after I insisted to get connected to customer service, they told me my order was cancelled on my request, while obviously I didn't. I'd have to re-order now if I still want it. Well maybe I still do but I really don't want to have anything to do with Mothercare any more.

Does anyone know how long it takes for the voucher to arrive?

They say within 5-7 days and are sent recorded delivery. I didn't receive mine and had to phone to ask about it and it was sent out straight away by very apologetic young man.

Thanks ElisesMummy. I was hoping to get it before I go to collect my order from the store but it hasn't arrived yet.

Will give it another couple of days and ring up.

    Thanks.

Has anyone else recived their vouchers?

It has been seven days and I still had not recieved my voucher. I phoned up today and the cs lady told me I will not recieve the voucher and the other collegue has given me inaccurate information.
:mad::mad::mad: She did say I can return the item as it has 28 day refund policy.

No I still am waiting for mine.

I will not be happy if they say that to me as well as I was told that it had been put through. If I had been told I was not entitled to it I would have ordered through Boots and got cashback and my advantage points.

Looks like I will have to ring up as well, if they tell me the same as you, they will for the sake of £10.00 have lost a good customer.
  • I received my vouchers quite fast, I think it only took 2 days for it to arrive, after I called them up again to ask it it'd be sent.

The leapfrog table is great, and I wish they still had more stock in, so I could buy for future birthday presents. Still, was a fab deal when it lasted!

Had to ring them after waiting 2 weeks.

At first was told they had run out of vouchers so there was a delay, then said she would order it again for me, then came back and said I would not get voucher because of price of item under £20.00 etc.

I pointed out that I was told when I placed the order that I was entitled to one and that the order had been put through she said she would do it this time as a gesture of goodwill.

So hopefully it will turn up after all.
