Best way to sell a house privately

I used House Network last time and was pleased with it, though the photos they took were awful and I ended up using my own. They're a lot more expensive now though so was looking at the others. Everyone seems to get hundreds of fake 5 star reviews on the review sites though, it's so frustrating trying to choose one.
Maybe I should choose the lowest rated because then at least I know they don't just have an intern hired to spend all day reviewing them online.0 -
About once a month, we get someone new to this forum praising House Network to the skies, then disappearing. It's a bit tedious.0

I never thought I'd defend an estate agent... but..
Last year, we sold - in 3 days, from signing up with the EA til accepted offer - before the ink was dry on the particulars and before the house got anywhere near a website, and ...
at £80k more than the sale price estimates from the other two local agents who quoted. So I guess sometimes I have to grudgingly acknowledge their (or at least his) usefulness!0
