OK here is the story,
Ordered aol silver on the 6th november, : Fine
waited the 10:14 working days and then a extra few before ringing them on the 27th i think to be told ohh actually we need to order this manually or something ill just do that now ( so what if i didnt ring they just wouldnt have bothered) he then says it will take another 10-14days im getting annoyed now but ok, then on the 1st december my router arrives accompanied by a letter which states my line is active but low and behold it doesnt work after 20minutes on the online help( via dialup) the guy tells me to ring them up, 20minutes on hold i get through to a guy who says ohh something abou a manual order ill just process it now it will be active in 5-7 days. What shall i do i think they are going to charge me for a month of broadband on the 6th even though i havent had it to use but they argue i have dial up access instead,, But that is not what i ordered. Where do i stand for compensation? i really need broadband for Uni work downloading 30megabyte lecture slides on 56k is not an option. Any advice welcome.
Please excuse my grammer im just a bit annoyed.
Alex
