Android tablet

Can anyone recommend an Android Tablet which they have had first hand experience of?
Seen a few on ebay but my concerns are quality. It varies wildly with these things and many don't seem to offer the aftercare i'd hope for.
I'm wanting a 7"+ tablet.
Must be running 2.2 or above.
Must run Flash
Must be able to support 16GB SD card.
Must have a cast iron no quibble return if unsatisfied policy.
Had a quick browse on ebay and several i've seen require you to make contact with seller and have a email debate over what is a fault and what isn't before they will accept the return.
Looking to spend up to £100 but the most important thing is knowing I can return if necessary.
Thanks.

I've seen advice where 'Android 2.3' would be the minimum you should be aiming at. (gadget detective.com/tech)
Honeycomb 3.0 though is the only o/s written for tablets.
Amazon A1cs tablets which might be worth a look and if able to tinker with it. (gadget detective.com)
ASus Eee Transformer is recommended but around £3790 -
For a £100 you're going to really struggle find anything half decent. The WoPad and HaiPad are really cheep but only run andriod 2.1 (soo no storing apps on an SD unless you root it).
You gonna need at least another hundred pounds be you can get anything half decent.
The Archos 70 8GB might be your best bet0 -
I brought a tablet from amazon its going to be a Christmas pressie .Strangely altough the website said 2.1 it had 2.2 .
Not the best piece if kit but I'm not expecting to use it for serious use ,just now and again . Paid £80 .0
