New T-Mobile Pay Monthly Customer
Earlier on i decided to apply for a secondary phone contract to go along side my current one, Everything went through fine, Filled in the information i was asked on the application form.
So i awaited that dreaded email to let you know whether your order is being dispatched, or whether its been declined....
I got the following email,
Dear XXXXXX
Thanks for placing an order online for the <Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc >.
We’re sorry for the hold up with your order but at the moment this phone is out of stock. But we’re expecting a delivery of these very soon and we will let you know as soon as they’re back in stock, we’ll send you an email once we’ve completed your order, which will include details of when the phone will arrive.
Rest assured the special offer price plan you saw on our website will still be available when we complete the phone order.
If you need any help or would like to change your choice of phone, please give us a ring on 0800 956 2208 option 3 . We’re available between 8am and 7.30pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm on a Saturday.

A few questions,
- How long do you think it will take for them to get the new stock in ?
- Does this mean i have been approved ?
- Has anyone here had this happen ?

I believe you have been approved otherwise they either would have sent you a decline email or sent the "Can you call us" email in which they verify who you are etc,:dance:Quidco Payments In 2011 - £724.21 :dance:
