hi all my parents are looking to get a new car but they drive into london everyday and was thinking about getting a gas or hybid car as you dont have to pay the cc anyone know where you can buy one these from or more information on them

I'd suggest a local Honda or Toyota dealer...
You can get a list of all vehicles exempt* from the London CC by downloading this PDF file, which should give you a few ideas.
* As I understand it, exempt vehicles are those in Band 4 that are powered by alternative fuels.0 -
