buying a new car advice

hi all my parents are looking to get a new car but they drive into london everyday and was thinking about getting a gas or hybid car as you dont have to pay the cc anyone know where you can buy one these from or more information on them

Budget?

Toyota Prius or Honda Civic (EMA?) spring to mind. (Obviously not all Civics are hybrids. If it's recent, look for 1.3 litre, four-door saloons).

I'd suggest a local Honda or Toyota dealer...

You can get a list of all vehicles exempt* from the London CC by downloading this PDF file, which should give you a few ideas.

* As I understand it, exempt vehicles are those in Band 4 that are powered by alternative fuels.
