I have just looked at the Google street view and the entrance is between two shops. There is a Welcome sign several feet inside the entrance and a smaller sign at floor level of the right hand side (cant see what it says). Dont see how you could see the prices and then avoid entering.Charging Car Parks HAVE to display their prices in a place suitable BEFORE you pass the barriers and enter the car park and hence form the contract to pay.IT Consultant in the utilities industry specialising in the retail electricity market.

Then the Car Park should allow the driver chance to turn around and provide free exit as you cannot enter into a contract without having chance to view and agree to the T&C's first.
Slightly different (but similar principle) - I once entered an NCP car park in Sheffield and it was the wrong one - realised as soon as I entered. I turned round, presented my ticket and explained quickly what had happened to the attendant. He explained that there was a grace period of 5 minutes and let me out. Not sure if this is still the case though (was several years ago)“That old law about 'an eye for an eye' leaves everybody blind. The time is always right to do the right thing.”0
