I am soooo tempted to ring them and tell them it hasnt arrived!

I have a feeling this poster was only expressing their feelings.
However apart from this being dishonest, it could mean that couriers will be less inclinwed to leave parcels on doorsteps in future which is the withdrawal of an important service for some of us.
I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt as there's nothing wrong with expressing how you feel.

Are the lip butters good? They look expensive for the same size as the Born Lippy range but i wouldn't mind trying the coconut and Pink Grapefruit, tho the latter has 1 review saying it wasn't very good..

I had a despatch email also for my first order, even tho I also received the second one first lol!! I have also realised that my third order I only chose 2 freebies....but have most of the shower gels anyway lol.

tHE LIP BUTTERS ARE THE BEST EVER, I love them to bits. Try them! I recommend coconut or shea.

Fair enough ringing the courier company/RM to complain about them leaving a parcel on your doorstep (I hate this myself, who is liable if it's stolen??). Maybe I misread Alton Towers' post.

Just recieved my 2 nd order via Royal Mail and the contents were damaged body lotion and shower gel tops broken and baked bronzer in bits have phoned cs and they are sending replacements straight away really helpfull.....now to look for a empty shower gel bottle to try and save some of it satsuma whip lotion is trully lush.....question is do I really need another order really want to try pink grapefruit stuff.....I will resist temptation..........lol
