Received my second order today under this glitch. The first order was fine, this order was totally wrong - not my order at all !! I phoned BS, who immediately arranged for a replacement parcel, plus told me to keep the items I'd received because it was their error. Fantastic customer service.

Got my first order via Royal Mail this morning. Obviously didn't read properly as was very surprised that the free shower cream was 250ml, I thought it would be a small one. Yay!

Expecting second order to take longer as ordered more smaller items so will probably come via a man in a van.

My order arrived yesterday - it was left on my doorstep! I am soooo tempted to ring them and tell them it hasnt arrived! I did get all the freebies yay! Am fighting the temptation not to order more!
