Bodyshop - HUGE GLITCH! [Still working 17/05/11]!!

Hi Sak45 - comes by UPS and they do wnat signatures. Not sure how it would workif you just left a note on the door to leave it somewhere - I have done that before when we had hosp. and some drivers will leave and some not. Think it juts goes back to depot ad they try again first. You can track with ord. free delivery if you go to 'your account' on Bodyshop website. Yhere is a long number for each order and if you click it should say where the parcel is.

Hi Janedoe - yes i was excitedly explaining to hubby too but funnily enough (!) he wasn'tr really interested either - though saying I had over £20 of free stuff with an order costing £12 made him ignore the parcels arriving!!

Recieved my order today via UPS and first time I've tried body shop bath products. Have to say satsuma shower gel and body lotion smells absolutely divine, can't wait to try. Also purchased the coconut gift bag and have to say the coconut body butter, again never used a body butter before, goes on beautifully and my skin feels really soft and nourished. However the smell is not very pleasant at all, like an oily sort of smell, definately not coconut as I'd hoped. Asked my daughter to have a sniff and she said it smell of nothing. I love coconut products so am a little disappointed. On the plus side did get a bargain and will not go to waste, even if its to moisturize my feet!

I am hardly ever about when my goodies arrive, what i do is leave a note in the window next to my front door asking can they either post it through the small open window, leave it over the back gate or with my next door neighbors, generally they post it through my window, some even somehow get it to land on a chair, though i was a bit shocked when my Whittards teapot was put/dropped over the gate, naughty Whittards really should mark fragile items as such, so delivery man knows not to do that BUT it was fine, least they packed it very well........

also depending on the size of your Bodyshop parcel, the smaller stuff comes with the Royal Mail postie
