Bodyshop - HUGE GLITCH! [Still working 17/05/11]!!

Please can I ask someone who may have tried the Japanese/Moroccan products in the gift set what they are like? I am considering buying this for my sister for her birthday (tho its not til July, but can't miss a glitch as this alone is 50% off and she may just like it lol) and getting 3 more freebies for me lol. I am just trying to buy things of use and not more shower gels just to bulk up the order til its free lol!!

Hi. I just placed an order that totalled £15 including all the free gifts. It went through to checkout showing that amount. I paid but when email confirmation came through it was showing £27. I rang bodyshop & they wouldn't honour the order. Just said can't have all promotions at once - so I cancelled it. Anyone else had this happen? This is what I ordered.

Clarabell I would email that screenshot of your order to the Body Shop informing them that the checkout said you only had to pay £15 but were charged £27 and check your accounbt and see if any money comes out, even if refunded back on to see what was taken for the order.

Its happened to 2 or 3 people on here however when they called BS just refunded the difference - I would e-mail and complain and as already mentioned include a screen shot of your order showing the price and the 3 free items.
