no, free items last and i had to keep clicking update in my basket next to the items that were supposed to be free until they showed as 0.00

try updating each freebie individually (don't actually change quantities just click update next to one of them)???

I have been fiddling about for ages & got an order through but I've tried so many combinations and faffed about I'm not quite sure what I did that worked! Just cheered and paid up when it got to a total I was happy with at last...

im in work atm ,but have tried to track my parcel - as it was out for delivery today does anyone know what Receiver elected to keep package means?

I'm with you on this one, however we have two potential planned visits abroad next year so will need to get some stuff before going out there. One is a holiday to Turkey (woohooooo) and one is to visit family (don't get me started on that one).

So I'm with you unless The Bodyshop or Boots have a massage glitch or I have to buy stuff for a trip abroad.

It means its been taken back to the depot rather than being left in a 'safe place' outside your house.

Yup..did a load of these on Thursday, 3 arrived today,all correct although one had charged me for the Body Butter AFTER I had printed off the invoice, rang customer services and they refunded me ..no questions :T
