The same thing happened to me, but if you go back to your basket then click on update until you get your 3 free gifts showing again, then go back to checkout again they should be free. You have to fiddle around sometimes to get it to work. hope that helps.

Just to update you - I checked my bank account today and the £17.50 was taken.
So here's hoping when the delivery arrives all the stuff is actually in it.

Right, I'm REALLY stopping now

I got the vit E £18.30 collection, 3 freebies and 3 bars of soap.

Annoyingly it wouldn't let me use the £5 voucher when buying just the 2 soaps (the vit E one is £3 so I was spending £5) but ah well, I added a strawberry heart soap for son's teacher for the end of term present.

Yes it definitely was but it really took some perseverance. I'd better admit at this point that my shelves are heaving with Body Shop stuff but I just can't resist a bargain. Did someone mention moneysaving?

Did you put the free gifts in your basket first? If so which order did you put them in?
I have £53 in my basket so far and keep trying to update it but it will only allow me the body butter for free and not the other two items, GRRRRRRR!!!!
