Hmm, just received my dispatch emails and something's not quite right.........

Order no.1 - 5 items - paid £17 for 2 items + 3 freebies - email says total items 4?
Order no.2 - 8 items - paid £17 for 5 items + 3 freebies - email says total items 5?

On order 1 the 2 paid items were 2 x Vitamin E Intense Moisture Creams
On order 2 the 5 paid items were 4 x Vitamin E facial bars & 1 x Love Etc gift box

So do we think they've just counted the multple items as 1? Anyone else bought multiple items that can assist here?

Just a quick tip that took me a while to figure out. The free gifts may now show as being free at first. To get them to show as free do the following.

1 Select your three free gifts
2 Select your items you want to order
3 Press on the update button on the free gifts (you may have to press them in a certain order). This will show them as free.

Dont forget to enter the discount code.

Yes they count the multiple items as 1 .'. the amount of items is the amount of different items and not the total amount of items, if you log into your account is should show everything dispatched.

Yes, my multiples were only counted as one, but all marked dispatched on my account.

I think when I have ordered before it counts identical items as 1 even if there are more than 1.

Two out of three orders have been dispatched with UPS, however when I click the tracking number I get an error on the UPS website saying it doesn't exist! Should I be worried or is it likely to update overnight? I worked out that I'm getting £140 of items for £51.:j:j
