Bodyshop - HUGE GLITCH! [Still working 17/05/11]!!

Ok so I have just received a BS package that I ordered a few days before this glitch, using the 30% of deal that they had on-line. I had ordered both the Banana shampoo and conditioner. The package contains just the shampoo and a note to say that there is no stock for the conditioner :-(. Strange because it is still showing as available on-line as I have ordered a further two bottles using this weeks amazing glitch. Anyone else experience this and I wonder if this means that we wont all get our Banana Conditioner. Surly they would honour the orders placed first?!?

My order which was dispatched todays shows that my banana conditioner is included. Will wait and see if I get it then will update.

Great spot ausmummy I don't think that I have read it before. It does work but doesn't include the discount code. Hey what can I expect - everything for free or maby even cash back - Hee Hee! It might work with the 25% off code that someone found though. Well done anyway. I am trying to resist though. X

Same has happened to me - I emailed CS on Friday telling them I wanted to use the products together and asking if they would be sending the conditioner on, or refund me for the shampoo. Not had a response yet but disappointed in them for doing this.


*EDIT* have now received reply from CS saying the conditioner will now be sent FOC. Even better bargain now, result!

I was fiddling abit and the 25% off code works, but with any other items added to the basket.
