            From the Focus websiteChanges to store refund, customer order process and customer vouchers
Following our appointment as administrators today, the following changes to the way in which we administer refunds and customer orders have been put in place with immediate effect:
Customer orders
* At present no new customer orders can be placed for any goods to be ordered to store or home delivery.
* At this stage we are unable to release any outstanding customer orders or give a refund
Please advise us in writing of any outstanding orders that you have.
Customer returns
* Goods purchased prior to 5 May 2011 are only eligible for a like for like exchange, up to the value of the goods.
* Goods purchased from 5 May 2011 onwards are eligible for a like for like exchange, no refunds can be given unless goods are faulty.
Vouchers
* No new vouchers will be available for purchase.
* Existing vouchers will continue to be accepted as a method of payment.
We will continue to provide updates when further information becomes available.
So, if you have any vouchers, spend them quick!!!(".)0 -

Can they legally do that on goods they have already sold ?
They certainly can on goods sold once they are in receivership, but even then they must prominently advertise that fact.0 - 
            No shop has to give a refund on items that are perfectly alright, only if they do not work etc. This means you can't just expect someone to refund on something because you don't like it or bought the wrong size etc.What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
