    I've just spoken to Suttons to try to sort out another order which hasn't arrived, and was told that my miniplant order would not be fulfilled either. Apparently my order hadn't 'been transferred from the web' and hadn't been processed. This was despite payment being taken immediately, me receiving a confirmation email, and the order showing up on my orders page online. The woman I spoke to at Suttons said that they would be making a refund by cheque, which seems strange when I paid online.

    I rang suttons yesterday after people i know ordered theirs after me and theirs had arrived and was told she thinks im still getting mine and would get someone to ring me concerning them...still waiting for that call.....
    Inside me lives a skinny woman crying to get out - but I can usually shut her up with cake!

    Same here and I ordered when someone posted this offer at the end of the other suttons thread on irises and bulbs before this 1 was started so definitely got in in plenty if time.

    I wonder if my order also didn't get transferred as someone else mentioned as its only gone today from order received status to order processing & no money has been taken
