NatWest online ISA transfer form

For MSE members info....
The new style online ISA transfer forms that NatWest are now using have a few problems.
You must have an existing NatWest ISA account or open a new NatWest ISA before you can complete a transfer form. But, the transfer form does not include a declaration to authorise the old ISA provider to give NatWest your details or to transfer the funds.
In fact, the online form seems to be more targeted at opening a new ISA account than doing a transfer, but it cannot be accessed unless you already have an account - seems they have crossed some wires when they designed the new form
Also, the online form does not include an option to transfer part balances from previous years subscriptions.
NatWest branches still have copies of the old style ISA transfer forms which do include the authorisation declaration and the part transfer option.
P.S.
The old style form also allows you to enter the NatWest ISA account number that you want the funds transferred into (In case you have more than one ISA account with them)
