well i stood on it earlier (oops) not too bothered because I was about to get the iphone 4 but I was going to give this one away to a friend. I found someone on ebay who replaced the lcd screens for £28 which I know is what has broken and I thought I might aswell try it. I have just back-up and restore my phone thinking it will fix it but it didn't.

Now I have done this will my pin code still be on the phone? Also does restoring the iphone delete the notes because I can't remember and I don't know if I had anything important on there...

Quidco are giving me £160 if I upgrade my 02 contract so I am getting a new 12 month contract :P (paying 89 for phone and 56 a month which works out a lot cheaper than any long contracts).

Firstly you haven't stated whether you have the 3g or 3gs?

Is it the actual screen broken (can't see anything)
    OR
Is it the touchscreen cracked or not working (big crack but can't still see everything or you can't swipe or touch anything)

    ??

If you restore the phone on the original sync PC, everything will go, but you have the option to back the phone up and you can restore everything on it. If you use a different PC other than the original one it was synced with (stupid, right?) you'll lose everything.

I'm not really too sure what the aim of your thread is.
