Virgin blackberry please help!

Phoned Virgin again today determined that I was not going to get into another row with them. Asked to speak to a senior manager as per there complaints procedure, girl put me on hold for a little while came back saying I didnt have to pay as its a known problem. unfortunate that it took Virgin 6 phone calls before they would even consider that it may be their fault.
And just for fun I had to claim on the insurance for the same phone ( yeah I know what a week ) anyway claimed for a Blackberry they send me a HTC Wildfire - you gotta really love or hate Virgin.
