I cant see that anyone has suggested that DIAL make decisions?
you say you ask for help with something that wasnt "that"important, perhaps why you didnt get their undivided attention?
Best to ignore trobert as he is the resident trouble making troll, back again after numerous bannings and has no right to be posting again.Just in case you were wondering (some have)..... I'm a woman!0 -

No, it had nothing to do with that. When I make an appointment to see someone, it is rude to keep jumping up and down answering the telephone.
As for it not being important, it wasn't, it was only an Attendance Allowance claim which when I read it through, I found it to be poorly constructed and lacking in appropriate detail.
So I took the decision not to send it off. The claim would have failed if I had done so. Then I had second thoughts about claiming bearing in mind the difficulties now faced with most if not all new claims being failed.
The poster said that the only reason he/she is going to DIAL - is because they were told they have a '99%' success rate which I find difficult to believe!
I did my father's AA claim form online with no bother at all, took me about 30 minutes tops....he received the decision 10 days later (he was awarded it).
To be honest, that claim form looked much simpler to fill in than the DLA form.We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
I shall ignore those ridiculous comments. This website used to be excellent, now it seems that there are a lot of nutters around
Andy&Flo / trobert
- how do you know it used to be excellent ?
- were you here before under a different nym ?
- were you here before using the ' trobert ' nym ?
- why did you stop using your old trobert nym ?
- why re-register with a new date, and your old nym ?Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion.
