orange are selling the orange rio for £24.99 (+£10 top you have to take with all phones so full price £34.99).
the orange rio is very similar to the blackberry but a lot better to use & a fraction of the price.
the orange rio can be unlocked free online if you google it, so if you are on giffgaff this phone is a real steal if you have a goodybag with free unlimited internet because the orange rio has opera mini internet application built in & it is so easy & fast to use.
the phone feature a 2mp camera/video recorder, mp3 player, internet, touch screen & keys (blackberry dosent have touchscreen on curve), games & loads more. also takes micro sd card up to 8gb wich is good.
it is avaliable in pink or black but black is sold out online but is available in some stores just got myself one in black out my local store, the whole family have one now trading in there blackbery.
hope this helps someone looking for a good phone without spending a weeks wage on

Heres the conditions about the free credit -
Free £10 airtime credit when activated. Offer not available online - reserve mobile for store pick-up. Free credit can be used for UK calls/texts. Unused credit will not roll over. You will receive a text when credit has been applied. Credit is not part of top-up balance. Offer ends 29th July 2011. :j:rotfl:Survey Queen/Poundland Fanatic:rotfl:0 -

....Just got an email this morning, as I asked to be sent notification when the black one was back in stock.
Had a thought, then went onto the Orange shop website and called them on the number in top right corner, 0800 079 2000.
I have a backup phone on Orange PAYG, which has £4 credit on it's "phone bank" - I believe it is £1 per £10 you have topped up, towards a new Orange phone.
The assistant said he would send me the phone if I bought it, along with a new SIM which had my old number on it, so therefore:
£34.99 - £4 phone bank = £30.99 cost for new phone + £10 credit onto my old Orange number.
Planning on unlocking this when it arrives and giving it to girlfriend who has Tesco SIM.
NB: Orange delivers free by Courier, next day if ordered by 4pm(not RM)that can only give a 0900-1800 delivery time, so ask to get this delivered to a work address if necessary...Thanks OP0 -
Bit of a technophobe and would be interested in this sort of phone as it looks similar to a blackberry. I am looking for a blackberry sort of phone but do not want to pay blackberry costs
Can anyone tell me whether you would be able to use this phone and connect with a wifi connection in wifi hotspots like macdonalds etc.
Thanks in advance0 -

Have just brought one from Argos today, you have to pay the extra £10 for credit, but you do also get the extra £10 added on aswell.I am starting to wonder why I am still doing this?0
