LLoyds TSB are not BR friendly and I would not believe what you are told by their staff, the only 2 friendly BR accounts are the ones already mentioned.:pB&SC No. 298

arghhhh so i'm back to square one with the bank accounts then, will be a right pain transferring over ALL the direct debits theres about 12-13 coming out each month to different companies...
How are mobile phones affected on this we currently have 2 on contract, minimum contracts for the phones we have
What about sky tv too are you still allowed to have that?0 -
I just bet they are keen for you to continue . What is your gut feeling about your situation? Do you really feel that you can continue in this situation for the next 5/6 years? Why don't you put your SoA up as it stands under the IVA and someone can show you how an OR may look at it. Obviously we can only go by our experiance on this and different OR's have different foibles but it should give you a good idea what could happen.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0

If you open a Co-op Cashminder then they will change all the DD's over for you if you wish. You can open it over the phone and if you have no branch nearby then you can use the Post Office to make deposits. You can internet and phone banking, DD's and SO's, a Visa debit acard and use any Link Cash machine.
How are mobile phones affected on this we currently have 2 on contract, only basic contract but its still a contract :S Do you want to keep them?

Sky is not allowed on your SoA but if you can find the money for it from else where in your SoA then you can still have it.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -

this is based on what we are paying now with the IVA company and not the new reduced payments they are proposing

Mobiles? shouldnt be an issue as long as the monthly payments are not too high
Gym membership however is usually only allowed on medical grounds (you would require proof to back it up as well)We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -
Not sure i would get the gym membership on medical grounds so i guess i have to factor in that i may possibly loose that too then...
I am awaiting a callback from my IVA company they are getting the manager person to ring me to discuss the bankruptcy thing further with us and where we would stand e.t.c0
