Does anyone know who does priace matching and

how it works?

We have found a reasonable price for flights on a website called travelpack but I've never heard of them and a quick google of their name brings up at least as many bad reviews as good so I'm nervous about booking them.

My OH was on the 'phone to ebookers last night and they said they price match. Also just reading an old thread I saw that flight centre price match too.... Does anyone know how this works? How do I prove the quote I got? Can I do it over the phone or does it have to be in a branch? Obv ebookers don't have branches......

Any help at all is much appreciated, I have a bit of a phone phobia so want to know what I'm doing before I call anyone.....

I tend to use a company called Dial-A-Flight. They don't openly advertise that they price match, but they can usually either beat or match the price of fliights for me...last time they were marginally more expensive than Expedia, but I still went with them for peace of mind. The first time I used them a few years ago, they undercut the cheapest price I'd managed to find by almost £100 if I remember correctly.

But yeah, a really helpful bunch, totally reliable...I always use them when booking flights now. Just give them a call, explain you've found a flight for X amount and would they be able to match/beat it. If they can, they will :)

(BTW, I don't work for them - just a very happy customer!).
