Seems i upset a few people with my platinum r+r exploits? :rotfl:
Lol.
Tescos upset me by overcharging me on 15 bottles of moet and 26 xbox games. Can you believe that? I work it to be nearly £80 of overcharge on these alone.
Shocking
Make mine a platinum r+r. £2051.50 since Oct 25 2006Make mine a Golden £143.46
I love Leadhead0 -
Are tesco changing their refund and return to policy? went to my local store today and there is nothing in the policy about refund and return. (am i allowed to say which store it is?)
Anyway got overcharged last week and got a R & R for 90p but today got overcharged for two items (13.70) i purchased and the CS said they would give me one for free. Didnt feel like i could say anything seeing as there was no sign to point to......0 -
OK I haven't got long but I left a large R&R about 1 hour ago somewhere just north of London, anyone around that area can have the info if they PM me.
p.s. I have my reasons for not taking it before you all asks.
p.p.s. And I dont work for Tesco's.0 -

I have been informed of this too from a store I r&r'd in at the weekend. They covered up the 'if things don't add up....' part with a giant piece of cardboard. But they forgot to cover up the whole paragraph. Only when I asked them to move the cardboard and have a look... red faces at CSD staff!
Got 100 pounds worth in total r&r'd today all with no fuss. Did not even have to ask. But FMC was in trouble for not sorting the prices out (as per Customer services).
As an ex employee from 8 year ago, why do staff not put the stickered items on 'price verify'? where when item goes through till it flags to cashier !!!!! ok yes/no? or does this not happen anymore.
It does not bother me anyhow, keep those misprices coming mr Tesco.
Wonder how many dvd's I can get tomorrow?!!!TB0 -
Have we all forgotten about the little signs at every checkout?
Exactly the same promise on them as the one at custmoer services.I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!0 -

Because price verify does not really help. Maybe 8 years ago it did, but things have moved along now GrandpaWho or what was I before you came in to my life
I am not sure0
