100% spot on with this. who CARES what someones real name is, where they live, what animals are in their kitchen, what colour their underwear is. it has no relevance to the purpose of this thread ie taking tesco for all we can.

what in the name of Gordon Bennett is going on here??
really cant believe what I have been reading, if it carries on then this thread will be a goner
Fortunately we havent had a threat from the Mods for quite a while.
Now is that tempting fate or wot.
I think what happens now, is the thread just gets locked and another created.....a lot less deleting needed that way...Couponing....."every little hurts"

In the past I have had an xbox, some holsten beer
, a few dvds and games from the different consoles. Some meat etc
I try to spread my visits around different stores and feel very angry when I have been overcharged.
At a guess i have had maybe £1500 odd of refunded stuff from tescos in the past few months. Had a smallish tv last week also
How come this is Post 1 from you joey D? I recall that my Blue Peter friend posted a few weeks ago and all of his posts were deleted. Do us a favour and delete yourself again!0 -
Just a quick question. I have managed to get a couple of R&R's (DVD's, pork chops etc) but do people find the misprices and then do their shopping and then go back to CS with a nice long till receipt having 'just noticed that the price is wrong' or do they just go specifically for the misprices and present themselves at CS with them, do they do more than one at a time or as many as they can find. ?
ps, I am not a newbie but have had to re register as was having problems accessing the forums.0 -

My TV was not posted on here because I had not received the refund. It took me three weeks to get it, and I did not want HO to know who I was by posting it on here. People who had sent me Misprices in the past were informed and I also asked them for advice on how to handle it.
Tesco employees knew of the misprice, of that I'm sure!! No doubt they checked their stores rather quickly to ensure their's were correct!!!
So Plastic screw, if you found an £800 telly which you could get, would you tell everyone on here about it before you have told Postie and his sidekick?
Or would you tell a few people who you can trust to keep it a secret, have shared Misprices with you in the past, especially when their was a doubt whether you would get a refund or not?We took on Mr T and we won:D
Shame it had to end, will have to get free stuff from comps now :beer:0 -

Here read this bit of PM i got from someone today!!
My 1st Telly was available in many stores and those on my trusted list were Pmd. They never said a word, it took 3 weeks for the misprice to be posted on here. Thats the sort of thing you may have just missed out on
So? Who is keeping it from us
Its not tescos is it!?
Now see why im upset
The reason it was kept quiet, Postman, was not to keep it from the masses, but because it was not a straight forward R&R. It should have been, but the person who bought that particular tv had to fight HO to get the refund. He did not want to be identified at the time, and considering he was the only person to actually get that TV and argue the refund, he would easily have been spotted by Tesco (Kevin Kelly). It took him almost 4 weeks to get his refund, hence the delay in posting it on here. The TV was still mispriced after that, as a further 4 people managed to pick one up.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.
