Last night in the customer service queue a Tesco employee was in front of me and had some Olive Oil she was going to R&R. The CS assistant went off to check and came back with some Extra Virgin Oil, not the one the TE had. She had bought the wrong one for a R&R. The had a quick chat about it and smiled at me and that was it. I dont think the employees are all that bad.

Each to their own! you think it sucks wlfc1 thinks it's a good idea why not leave it at that? why make a huge issue outta something that's probably been happening for long enough.

Depends who the person is there mood time of the month etc.

I've never had any problems with CS at tesco though not used it all that much.

Asda CS is totally different cant stand them anytime i try to get somthing that has been mis sold it's a huge fight to get it.

I've had a CSA at the displaying saying it says there 2 for a fiver and they've said i'm still not giving you it i have other customers to deal with bye.

And walking away.

Terrible.

I wasn't talking about the smirnoff ice deal itself, on the smirnoff ice deal sign (which if you blink you'll miss it, found on the regualr shelf area not the promo area) then it still states that fosters and stella are on 2 for £16, and they both scan through at £9.95 so you get full r+r. May not be there, but its worth a look.

Personally i think there is only a very small minority of Tesco staff who think they are above their station, WANNABES!!

TE is a prime example :rotfl:

As far as I can see there are only a couple of people talking about being "rejected" or "excluded" and they are from people that dont want to join anyway so it all seems like hot air to me!


And I do agree with Gina, its not ALL Tesco employees that are here to make life hard for us, only some (or maybe only even one that posts) but you never know who is looking at these threads, even Sir Terry himself might be reading this before popping out for his round of golf or whatever it is that he does on a friday morning.

I like the way SOME Tesco employees post one here, they help out and answer a lot of questions we ask, they too use this site to find misprices in their stores, but they do so without rubbing our faces in it.

I would also be interested to find out if constantine & Spa go to the effort of emailing the misprices they find here to other store in their area to try and make themselves look good, I could be wrong but my guess is they dont, they just use it to correct prices in their own store and do so discretely!
