I bought 4 x persil washing up liquid last night - 2 went thro Ok (2 for £1.50) but the other 2 went thro as £0.89? each. When I went to leave the store - cust services was shut (10pm) - can I go back again today?

Yes I think this offer is still running, though it may change after today, so would advise you do return today.

P.S I thought it was the fairy that was going through wrong at 2 for 1.50?

Oops - sorry - I did mean Fairy. (It's persil that I normally use).

This should be my first R & R if I get it.

Nah you need the recipt generally now even for an exchange, they have changed their policy recently.That's why I was suprised when the guy said about the credit card thing. I'm not para about the r'n'r just thatb they see that it's already been refunded, even though I'm entitled to it by law (though would feel guilty doing this directly!)

Any ideas?

my local has a sign at cs that states exchanges without the receipt can only be processed for items from the same department.

I exchanged a breadmachine and dvd recorder the other day for a tv, without a receipt or clubcard, they were fine about it paid an extra tenner.
