I used to buy it from Cheapsmells but they never seem to stock it in black anymore. Shame because they definitely were the cheapest stockists I found.

Matalans Big Lashes has so far proven to be a good cheap mascara.

I bought it in the sale for £1 & it's quite good, especially for the price. Would recommend it, even if you only used it everyday.

I've just bought the new Loreal 4D mascara and its the only one that makes my eye lashes look like i've put on false ones, (fair, freckles, blonde eyelashes) i am in love with it. only problem is that its a nightmare to get off

I never buy mascaras as I always ask for freebies when I buy other make up. Currently using Estee Lauder Double Wear and Sumptuous.

I've switched from Lancome Hypnose to Mac Haute and Naughty Lash, I love it and find the thin brush enough for every day wear and the thicker brush is brilliant for night. You do need a proper eye make up remover to take it off though, wipes just won't cut it.

Prawny

I tend to alternate between Lancome Defincils and Lancome Hypnose. Have recently decided that I prefer Hypnose so just need to finish off my tube of Defincils and then I'll stick to Hypnose.

They are the only premium mascaras I've tried so I don't know how they compare to other 'posh' brands but I've never found a cheaper brand mascara to be as good.
