hi maizy, i have'nt been on here for a while as my brain was getting too overloaded with info!! i hope you hear something from estate agent tomorrow, did you ring around all your local estate agents and warn them you had a dog, tell them what sort of house you needed? We are waiting to speak with woman from SHELTER (she's on holiday this week) now that we have received letters from her we can't speak to her!!!aargh! We want answers about whether we are making ourselves homeless intentionally by not paying the mortgage to go BR.....IF we find out council will not help us (OH says that we should be paying mortgage and wait for 2nd or 3rd mortgage to repo us THEN the council will do something as we were paying initial mortgage?....oh i don't know what to do now, who knows how long they will take to repo us, i can't go on for another year or so like this. I have eye on private rentals but like you am worried about dog and all the questions... i just want to settle. One thing i have thought about is obviously most rented places don't let you decorate, (which i know i will want to get a paint brush out just to make it feel like mine) in the (debt free) future i want a little caravan i can decorate how i want and it will be all ours ) who needs a retirement home in the south of france when you can take your holiday home anywhere you want! switch your phone off for now or tell your family to have a secret ringing code like mine have...x
