    I'm pleased that your individual circumstances are working out for you. I think you've nailed it. I can't see things getting better.

    How could it get better? This is perfect. When we have HPI rates will be back up, I don't really want that, I would rather things stayed as they are.

    Homeowners have been forked up the bottom, those who are trying to pay for their home have been helped.
