Quite possibly but I did read a story recently that residents in a particular street got fed up of being unable to park their own cars because of airport !!!!!!!!!!s. Solution - bottle of cheap cooking oil poured over the windscreen. No lasting damage, but murder to clean off and undetectible as to whodunnit.

So choose your street carefully. There's more 'neighbourhood' in London residential areas than you would think.
